Bushwacker Origin The bushwacker is an icy mixed drink made with rum, coffee, and lotion of coconut. The beverage has a milkshake-like appearance and is commonly garnished with whipped lotion and grated nutmeg. The mixed drink originated in 1975 at the Ship's Store on St. Thomas in the U.S
